I was on a hiatus from social media for early this year but what I learned on this trip around the sun:

You must be still to find the answers.
You must be still to hear GOD
He is always speaking.
You just aren’t listening
to the voice
Inside you

is
GOD.

some years are for growth. some years are for death. some years are for shedding. shedding of the skin that no longer serves you. you must endure the rain to see the rainbow. You have grown past your old ways and patterns. You are spirit, soul and body. Remember you are not your shell. You are spirit inside an old dust ball.
