atp im only posting this to have evidence of this meet on my feed lol

s: 105 kg/231 lbs (+2.5)
b: 55 kg/121 lbs (+5, atpr)
d: 130 kg/286 lbs (-5) 😶
t: 290 @ 61.06 (+2.5)

went 3/3 on squats and bench (first time ever for bench, and first time adding more than 2.5 in one meet). then went 1/3 deadlifts, also first time ever doing that 🫩 i pulled 137.5 one week out at an 8.5 and on meet day it didn’t even leave the ground 😀 also first time not cutting into a meet #wow #amazing

overall, a very fun meet because i competed with my girls 😋

shoutout to mr littlemanbiglifts for putting up with me over the years and mr addmotion for the game day coaching 🤞🏽

and as always, thank you to the uapa, refs and volunteers for a great meet.

idk if i’ll compete while im gone, that’s tbd. all i know is i need a add a lot to my total to keep up 😟

Meh session, to be expected but had to make do while getting caught in Seattle for 17 hours. Cool gym @dungeonstrength_rx Very excited to be back home though, body is craving more routine. <10 weeks out, need to dial everything in.
