This might’ve been the greatest weekend I’ve ever experienced from the moment I arrived until the very end @singwiththetrees 🌳✨🤍🎵

The thing you keep deciding isn’t for you? You made that up.

You built the whole story before you even got there. The leaders will be too intense. You won’t fit. You’ll be the weird one in the corner.

Babe... no.

Here’s the truth. The deepest work happens with people who still know how to play. Chad and I will hold the most sacred space for you all week... then absolutely lose it over a game and laugh till we cry.

Sovereignty was never all candles and silence. it’s being fully alive, loud, goofy, unbothered. that’s the whole f*cking invitation.

So here’s my one promise. With Chad and I, fun is guaranteed.

Send this to the friend you keep saying ‘we need to get away’ with. then DM me RETREAT, doors close June 30. 🌴

Be honest. You’ve already opened your inbox today, haven’t you? 😜

I know that loop. Wake up, reach for the phone, hand the first hour of my day to everyone but myself.
This is the opposite of that. Slow hands, real cacao, a circle of people who chose presence over the grind.

Seven days that reset what a Monday is even allowed to feel like.

Send this to your friend who needs a week with zero notifications.

Then DM me RETREAT, June 30 is the last day to claim your spot. 🌴

When was the last time the first thing you heard in the morning wasn’t a notification? 📱

Before your feet even hit the floor, you’re checking emails, messages, and everyone else’s priorities...

Picture this instead: waterfalls, rivers, and lush jungle as far as the eye can see. But the beauty of Costa Rica isn’t just the scenery.

It’s the monkeys swinging through the canopy, the toucans and macaws overhead, and the sloths tucked quietly into the trees. 🐒🦜🦥

Real food. Real rest. Real connection. ✨

Nothing to perform. Nowhere to be but exactly where you are.

The 𝒮𝑜𝓊𝓁𝕊ℙ𝔸ℂ𝔼 Retreat • Costa Rica • August 23–30 🌴

📢 A few spots remain, and applications close June 30. If the jungle has been calling your name, don’t wait much longer!

Ever booked a trip and still come home depleted 🫩?

NOT THIS ONE! I’m not handing you a hotel and a wifi code. I’m handing you a whole week of being held.

7 nights in a Jungle Loft. 3 plant-based meals a day, made for your body. Cacao ceremony. Sound healing. Breathwork. Ecstatic dance. A private 1:1 massage or energy session that’s yours alone.

Zip-line through the canopy. Kayak through bioluminescent water at night. Hike to the waterfall. This is what soul-deep nourishment actually looks like. 🌿

📍Costa Rica, August 23 to 30. Everything is included except the part where you finally exhale 😮‍💨

⚠️ Doors close June 30. Link in bio to claim your spot.

There’s a person in your life who’s also one spreadsheet away from losing it. the one who keeps saying “we need to get away.”

This is the sign you both keep waiting for!!

At some point it stops being about thinking it through.
It’s about trusting yourself enough to jump 🌿

To choose the bigger life. the one you’ve been feeling but not letting yourself have yet.

That’s what this week does. it shifts something. and suddenly the leap doesn’t feel scary, it feels inevitable.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it 💚

You’re not “too much.”

You’re just surrounded by the wrong people 🤪.

Find your weirdos, the ones who match your energy and raise it and your whole body finally exhales.

Costa Rica.
