One of the best experiences of my life. ❤️💛🩵

My partner @chainbreakerwelding taking my hand to show me my book at his local library in Iowa

Thank you @marionpubliclibraryia for providing your community with my book, and so many others from @akidsbookabout @akidsco

I grew up at my local library. I am the author and educator today because my love for reading, knowledge and community access started at the @sherrardpubliclibrarydistrict

I love when folks tell me they bought my book, but what makes me the most happy is when someone sees my book at their library.

Kids and families deserve this knowledge FOR FREE!

Help me get my book in as many libraries as possible!

If you’re an adhd artist girly with big ideas, dreams and an even bigger wardrobe, I highly recommend dating a fellow adhd artist who enthusiastically supports them. ♥️

@chainbreakerwelding looks pretty great in red 💃

and that smile in the end 🫠

Is #mancrushmonday still a thing?

I sent my first bouldering crack route this month at @climbersfestival 🫸💪

@my_name_is_aquaman taught me how to crack climb while @soundslikethefruit and @chainbreakerwelding cheered me on.

Every woman has had experiences with a man who was intimidated by her strengths and tried to diminish her power.

I’ve built a life where I only surround myself with male friends and a partner who DO ACTUAL WORK to support my growth, strengths (and weaknesses), and don’t just want proximity to me for my body.

Climbing has become more than just a hobby, it’s apart of my profession thanks to my male friends who continue to teach, guide, and let me use their equipment 😜 so I can share my love for climbing and consent with the world.

Soft launch tease, with a hard launch tag. 🚀

I have a boyfriend, and he’s my favorite new adventure partner. 🤗

More exciting details to come, but for now, I’m back from vacation and sharing a little tease of this hottie that I’m so proud to have found and built a happy and healthy relationship with.

The creative spark for this food garden space struck nearly two years ago as a road trip home unfolded with a truck and trailer full of metal treasures collected amongst farm country of the midwest United States—that haul included two of the most stunning sculptures ever, embodying a beautiful balance of both the feminine and masculine energies—guardians for the gardens. I cherish that trip dearly and love the memories, the healing, and the humans met along the way—entirely a dillusional Field of Dreams vibe minus the baseball. 👻🌽⚾️✨😅 Much of the supporting collected metal is being incorporated in this very space including the 6 enormous 20’ arches yet to encircle the space—can’t wait!! ✨

Had a hummingbird trap itself in one of our skylights today. Thankfully @chainbreakerwelding helped move it to safety

💗Cranksgiving Cedar Rapids!💗

Our friend, @chainbreakerwelding just dropped off this beautiful ❤️ sculpture made from all your ol' worn-out drivetrain bits to contribute towards our overflowing post-ride party raffle action!

Our raffle will never be the highlight of this food drive-bike party, but it has become a cool opportunity to help showcase our vibrant community that's chalked full of passionate independent businesses and a little extra incentive to ride that extra mile for our neighborhood food pantry this Sunday.

So thank you to all the great small shops that have stepped up and donated towards this experience. You're all amazing and we love each and every one of you.

And thank you to everyone that's signed up for this Sundays 6th Annual Cranksgiving Cedar Rapids so far. The outreach has been overwhelming in the best way possible.

See y'all at the @newbocitymarket this Sunday and let's fill that food pantry to its brim! ✌️
