Book : "Love me But let me go"
by ~ CHAITANYA SAINI

When I first sat down to read this book, I thought it would be about lust. But instead, it’s all about sensuality, intimacy, and our relationship with our bodies when it comes to pleasure.
Ayaan’s introduction to Seema leads her on a journey through Tantra, Taoism and even the Kama Sutra. This section resonated most with my own spiritual beliefs — that intimacy is often more about presence than performance, that our body is sacred ground, and that lovemaking can be a form of meditation.
But all of that pales next to the way she falls for Vanya…
I really felt this for Vanya as well. Her being my first love — an unfailing love. I remember her marrying, giving birth to children, having a life which continued to go on while I struggled with my lessons about life. We were never villains here… we just drifted. Life moved on even though we had once loved each other very much…
Ayaan’s journey led him all over the world (a place where love has thrived) until Vanya showed him that sometimes, people move on and live life by themselves. While I’ve heard many things from Vanya and her relationship with Ayaan, none could quite compare with what I found myself feeling through reading this book.
Perhaps the greatest lesson I’ve learned from this blog post is that love teaches us that it’s okay to let go and recognize that sometimes our love belongs to them. We don’t get to decide who loves whom. They may be great people, maybe even great lovers, but ultimately it’s up to them to choose if they want to continue loving that one particular individual.
The first time I read this book it was quite clear to me that on one level it's a very sensual philosophical piece but underneath its melancholic. In many ways it's the story of everyone you've ever loved with lots of unfinished relationships.

"Love but Let Me Go" follows Ayaan as he navigates a series of ordinary relationships, learning more about himself and how to move on along the way. The author does a great job showing how complicated dating can get without making the drama feel forced.

Every chapter feels like a small peek into his life. Each girl Ayaan dates leaves a mark on him, and you can see him growing up through the tough choices he has to make. The book constantly hits on the idea that love isn't always about staying together—sometimes it's just about taking what life throws at you and keeping your chin up.

What stands out most is how real the love stories feel. Love here is healing and inspiring, but it can also really sting. The characters act like actual human beings with real flaws and insecurities, which makes it easy to root for them and think back on your own past relationships.

The writing style is straightforward and easy to get through, but the heavy scenes still carry weight. It’s a slow burn of a book that doesn't rush through the big moments, giving the story time to settle in. If you've ever had to let someone go, this one will stick with you for a while.

KINDLE REVIEW🌌

BOOK NAME: LOVE ME, BUT LET ME GO

AUTHOR: CHAITANYA SAINI

RATINGS:☆☆☆☆☆
_______________________________________________________________________
Love me but let me go by Chaitanya Saini. While picking up this book, i was uncertain of the book itself. My thoughts only was like this is about intimacy, what could it mean? But this book changed my perspective after i finished it. Throughout the book, i could only walk along with Ayaan, his desires, the painful art of letting go, confusion and his never ending search of romance being more than ordinary. While reading, i realised that intimacy is not just a mere act of producing kids or staying happy and content, but also it makes a person very much conscious. I was able to recall my past events and accept that one person cannot be yours can also be a form of love and acceptance. Ayaan's connection with Sana, the first person whom he adored. With Seema he was able to be intensely connected and with Vanya, he carried a deeper and a silent ache that felt Almost too real and hit deep inside me. This book will resonate with everyone who thinks that love is something that doesn't always stays together. It is something that lives deeper in understanding our partners.

🌸 REVIEW 🌸

Love me, but let me go by Chaitanya Saini

I picked this book because I wanted an emotional love story, but it gave me much more than that.
While reading, I felt as if I was walking beside Ayaan through his confusion, longing, and search for something deeper than romance.

What touched me most was the way the story shows that love is not always about staying together; sometimes it is about accepting what cannot be yours.

I could feel the difference between his intense connection with Seema and the quiet ache he carries for Vanya.

The emotional struggle felt very real to me, and I found myself thinking about my own memories and relationships while reading.
The book has a reflective mood that stays with you even after you finish it.

For me, this was not just a romance novel; it was a thoughtful and heartfelt journey about love, desire, and letting go.

Just finished Love Me, But Let Me Go by Chaitanya Saini, and I’m honestly still absorbing it. 💭
Rating: 4/5
This isn’t your typical love story. It follows Ayaan, an artist who moves through intimacy like painting canvases, until he’s forced to confront what love, presence, and boundary actually mean. The contrast between Seema’s spiritual lessons on passion and the tragic, unreachable memory of Vanya creates a pull you can’t look away from.
Saini structures the narrative around ancient Laws of Love, giving the entire book a meditative, almost haunting rhythm. It asks the hardest question of all: How do you hold love when you cannot keep the person?
If you love introspective fiction, rich prose, and deeply layered characters, put this on your TBR immediately. ☕🎨
