We didn’t set out to create a summer around one specific theme. And somehow, authenticity found its way into every conversation. 🤍

Looking back, that might be our favorite part. We planned the speakers, the topics, the Tuesdays… but we couldn’t have planned the way it all came together.

Each woman brought something completely her own, and watching that unfold week after week was so special. It reminded us that sometimes the best things aren’t the things you plan perfectly, they’re the things that happen naturally along the way.

Feeling so grateful for this summer, for every woman who shared her story, and for everyone who showed up and made the space what it was. 🌿

Now we’re turning the page to fall, and we’re so excited to see what the next season of Rooted Conversations has in store. 🤍

Antisemitism is hard enough for adults to understand. But how do we talk about it to our children - without letting it define their Jewish identity?

That question was at the heart of a recent gathering by UJA's Sephardic Division, who heard from Hindy Poupko, a UJA Senior Vice President, and Dr. Rachel Harari, Head of @thesamschoolnyc. They discussed how we can confront antisemitism while raising the next generation to embrace their Jewish identity with confidence.

Thank you to everyone who joined us.

A DAY OF JOY, FREEDOM + POSSIBILITY ✨

There is something powerful that happens when women come together with open hearts, high energy and a willingness to dream bigger, not only for themselves, but for one another.

This day was about JOY. LOVE. FREEDOM. CONNECTION.

Moving our bodies. Opening our hearts. Breathing deeply. Playing. Creating. Remembering the little girl within us who knew how to dream before she learned to limit what was possible.

We gathered to hold our own visions, and just as importantly, to hold the vision for each other’s dreams.

To witness one another.
To celebrate one another.
To remind each other of what is possible.

This is the kind of community I want to keep creating. Women holding women. Healing alongside joy. Depth alongside play. A space to soften, expand, dream and come alive.

And this day came to life through the most beautiful collaboration of women sharing their gifts.

Thank you @marceygindi for moving us into freedom, @jayneryanstudio for nourishing us so beautifully, @chilledbrew_ for the most delicious drinks, @jadeaurahealing ... for bringing us into our senses and the healing power of sacred oils, and @endospheres for bringing another layer of wellness, restoration and care to our bodies @nomisim for your magic ebb n flow manual adjustments 🙏@healthywhatever for the most delicious treats.
And the amazing @inkninfluence for capturing the day so beautifully with your gorgeous energy!!
And @giselemorano , my right hand in bringing this vision to life. Thank you for helping create the space for all of this magic to unfold.

And to every woman who showed up with her heart open and her energy fully present, you were the magic.
The Energy was REAL ⚡️⚡️
More women holding women.
More dreaming together.
More freedom.
More love.
More JOY. 🤍

This is only the beginning.

A beautiful change for August 25th. 🤍

Our Wellness Day is coming home to Villa Joya.

What began as a larger gathering has evolved into something that feels even more aligned with what I wanted this day to be.

Intimate. Personal. Beautiful. Deeply nurturing.

I’m opening my home to a smaller intimate space for women for a day of movement, heart-centered breathwork, transformative sound healing, visioning our dreams on the vision board, nourishing food, fresh juices, connection and space to simply receive.

Not simply a wellness event.

A true retreat experience where you can exhale, soften, reconnect with yourself and feel genuinely cared for.

There is something so special about welcoming you into my home and creating this experience in a way that feels personal from the moment you arrive.

Wellness Day at Villa Joya
Tuesday, August 25th

Because we are keeping this gathering intentionally intimate, spaces are very limited.

If this day is calling you, reserve your place now. 🤍

You have spent this year showing up for everyone. This is the day you show up for you; to renew and step into your highest version of yourself.

THE SUMMER WELLNESS IMMERSION Tuesday, August 25 · 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM · Deal, New Jersey

One day. Held from beginning to end. You walk in, and everything else is taken care of.

✨We begin with a grounding ceremony and heart-opening meditation.

✨We move through breathwork alchemy: freeing what has been sitting in your body far longer than you realized.

✨Meridian work with Jade Aura Healing.

✨Somatic Free Flow movement with Marcey Gindi.

✨A nourishing Lunch by Jayne Gindi in collaboration with The Joyful Approach.

✨Spiritual wisdom with Joyce Jerome of Challah Talks.

✨Vision boards and energy activation, so what you want stops being a someday.

✨And a sound healing symphony to close the circle.

✨IV drips and wellness modalities flowing throughout. A generous gift bag.

✨A room of like-minded women who came for the same reason you did.

Here is what I know after 23 years in this work: you do not need to wait for things to collapse. You do not need to fall apart first to be allowed to come back to yourself.

I’m sharing every modality and resource along with likeminded collaborators to offer the most expansive day for you!

I can’t wait to have your exqusite presence in this collective experience. ✨
