Dave Scanlon and I play Hartford this Thursday!
I’ve never played a show in Hartford! I’ve lived there - the only other city besides NY.
It was a tumultuous time - it was formidable - I still have recurring dreams about 88 Warrenton Ave...
it’s an understatement to say I am really excited to finally play a show in Hartford, CT
it’d be great to see any peeps still around!

Dziś o 18:00: Czy to grzyby? Niee, to DJ MAYO w ciepłej jesieniarskiej czapeczce niesie koszyk pełen brzęczących, błyszczących utworków! Występują Hayden Pedigo, Myer U Clark, Lotti Tauber i inni.

October things: more breath and depth/contrast. Thrice under the Bramble arch. Not quite a lullaby. Tracing underground waterways. What veil? The world started with a spell and was born swimming. Hour one is a little party on the radio , hour two is a dive into deep waters. Enjoy + Happy Samhain! Love, Chanelle Allesandre + Bells from the Deep ♡ Monday 13:00!

W poniedziałek o 19:00 w październik i jesieniarski klimat wkraczamy z Magnolią, słuchając polskiej alternatywy. W rozkładzie jazdy nowości z niezalowego podwórka, a także małe powroty i wspominki zespołów budujących scenę gitarową.

O 21:00 w poniedziałek w audycji YUNOSTI BULVAR zapowiedź złotej godziny na następny dzień. Sprawdźcie by złapać najpiękniejszy złoty czas.

We wtorek o 11:00: Inne tańce koreańskie - ulica, pop, elektronika i helikopter nad górą Bukhan-san...

IN THE DISTRO NOW:

Two hot new releases from North Carolina’s Hot Releases and a self-released tape from Montreal cassette loop connoisseurs High Grove:

Secret Boyfriend - Akrasia CS (Hot Releases)
Tags: unknown, alternative, pop, water, tape loops, synthpop, ambient. Just describe what’s on the tape and people will decide if they’re interested: two ambient pieces for a friend’s birthday party, a couple of instant pop tracks, a noise source tape with no edits, one or two retro rockers, sparse sober late night bass and bell, one very sad-sounding ambient piece, a wistful electropop jam, a blindly angry synth popper, some erotic no-input thump and tape rumble, obligatory Casio dark age, two tape loop pieces.

Chanelle Allesandre/Jean-Michel Kampara - Maritime Skin, Meren Elävä Nahka CS (Hot Releases)
Maritime Skin, Meren Elävä Nahka is a split album by two artists brought together by the Baltic sea. Both sides deftly elaborate on field recordings taken underwater with the same hydrophone in Ruissalo, Finland. From the same body of water and the same tool, two different experimental interpretations bifurcate, and a conversation develops.

High Grove - Solifluction CS (Self Released)
Cassette based soundscapes from this Montreal duo, made up of Skin and Self Detest. Self released tape for the High Grove/Reaching Needles 2025 tour, presented in hand stamped card o-cards. Haunted nautical noise. Almost cosmic in scale, this is the sound of massive chains dredging the depths of the ocean, scraping through ecosystems, collecting lichen and colliding with forgotten shipwrecks.
