Finished up my 1st community rotation at Nourish Wellness yesterday! On Tuesdays & Wednesdays we were able to collect 24 hour diet recalls, nutrition and physical activity intakes, and provide tips and recipes for general health and wellness to clients. On Fridays, we packed and delivered produce bags for local families (and enjoyed the wonderful coffee shop @florawrenstudio while we did it)! So thankful for all I have learned so far! 🍎🍊🥒🫑
