I’m learning that sometimes the biggest change God wants to make isn’t around me... it’s in me.
What fills your mind eventually shapes how you live.
The thoughts I dwell on matter. The voices I listen to matter. What I allow to take root in my heart and mind matters.
I can’t always change my circumstances or control what others do, but I can ask God to renew the way I think, the way I see things, and the way I respond.
Lord, renew my mind when I overthink.
Renew my thoughts when they become heavy.
Renew my perspective when I lose sight of Your goodness.
Fill my mind with what is true, good, and from You.
This season, I don’t just want things around me to be different.
I want God to make me different.
Renewed. Created new. Inspired by Him.

Here's the full flip through of design team project for @chapteronepapers using the Floral Ephemera and Label Assortment kits. This journal cover is made from vintage fabrics, lace and trims and the pages are made from the digi pages as well as vintage documents, ledger, book page and more. I also added a mix of vintage and digital ephemera throughout the journal.

A few flower seeds saved from this year’s garden.

I made small packets from papers by @chapteronepapers and spent an afternoon gathering cosmos, zinnia, and dahlia seeds to tuck away for next season.

There’s something reassuring about the ritual of saving seeds. A quiet act of faith, really. A belief that what is gathered today will return in another year.

Paper, flowers, and a promise to the future.
