⚔️Fantasy Favourites Tag ⚔️

Two of my top reads of 2025
Honestly? These books had me feral, emotionally compromised, and thinking about them long after the last page. The world-building, the tension, the characters… top-tier fantasy chaos in the best way.

Now that you know my obsessions, let’s get into the Fantasy Favourites Tag 👀📚

📖 Fantasy book you’d erase your memory to reread:
From Blood and Ash (first read chaos hits different)

🗝️ Character you trust with your life:
Nyktos. No hesitation. No questions.

🔥 Villain you’d absolutely fold for:
Xaden-coded men… always.

🌿 Fantasy setting you’d actually live in:
Velaris (peace, art, wine, vibes)

⚔️ Trope that never fails you:
Touch her and die 🩸

🐉 Creature you’re obsessed with:
Dragons. Always dragons.

💀 Fantasy book that emotionally attacked you:
Iron Flame (Rebecca Yarros knew what she was doing)

🌙 Soft fantasy moment you live for:
Found family scenes that heal the soul

🖤 Aesthetic you’ll never shut up about:
Black covers, gold foiling, weapons-as-jewelry energy

✨ One fantasy book you’ll defend forever:
Fourth Wing — argue with the wall

If you got this far… consider yourself tagged 🖤
And yes I’ve tagged a few book besties who I know will understand this level of fantasy obsession ✨📖

✨ Week 31 of ShoutOut Sunday ✨

Meet some of the very first accounts I followed when I started Booksta almost a year ago 🥹
There are only a couple of days until @bookswithsarahjayne turns 1, and honestly… where has the time gone?

Thank you for sticking around since the very beginning. There are so many of you now that I wish I could tag everyone, but with this being the last weekend of 2025, I wanted to shine a light on 19 Booksta accounts who have truly been the heart and soul of my feed.

You’ve inspired my content, filled my TBR with endless recommendations, and made scrolling Booksta the best part of my day. There are times I realise I haven’t seen a post from you in a while and suddenly I’m on your page liking and commenting on everything 😂

From strangers to friends, I’m so grateful for every connection made here. Thank you for being part of my journey, my unhinged book thoughts, and this little corner we’ve built together.

I hope you all have the most wonderful New Year 🫶🏻📚✨

This post doesn’t only apply to the people tagged it’s for everyone who has shown their support and appreciation to my page you are seen and loved 🫶🏻

“PS writing this felt so many emotions 😂”

See you all in 2026 🥰🥹

🌹Outfit to match the book🌹

Inspired by the gorgeous @sophielizreading who tagged me in this trend 🫶🏻

You already know I had to pull out A Court of Thorns and Roses for this one because red = drama, fae chaos, and morally gray men. Add a glass of wine and it’s basically booksta perfection 😌🍷

Tagging some fantasy girlies I’d love to see do this too (no pressure, just for fun) 🖤
And if you see this count yourself tagged 🌹

🍁 Autumn Book Tag – Feral Fantasy Girl Edition 🍂

Don’t we love a book tag

🔥 1. Pumpkin Spice & Everything (Not) Nice – A book that warmed your heart and broke it at the same time.
Fourth Wing. Dragons, love, heartbreak, Liam I was cozy one second and crying my eyes out the next.

🌙 2. Falling Leaves – A book with beautiful, vivid worldbuilding you wanted to disappear into.
ACOTAR. Fae courts, the Bat Boys, starfall skies take me there immediately!!!!!!

🖤 3. Stormy Nights – A dark, moody fantasy that had you hooked from page one.- A Shadow in the Ember. Gods, shadows, forbidden magic… it had me from the first page.

🥀 4. Crisp Air, Sharp Blades – A book with the perfect enemies-to-lovers tension.- From Blood and Ash. Poppy & Casteel are my soul trope stabby, bantery, chaotic perfection.

☕ 5. Cozy Reads, Cold Hands – A book boyfriend who is emotionally unavailable but still your comfort character. - Nyktos from Shadow in the Ember. Shadow daddy supreme, repressing feelings while protecting you? My favorite flavor.

🍎 6. Sweet but Tart – A book that looked light or pretty but emotionally wrecked you.
Haunting Adeline. I went in for the gothic aesthetic… and came out unwell.

🦉 7. Forest Whispers – A book full of magic, mystery, and secrets you couldn’t get enough of.
Throne of Glass. The layers, the reveals, the twists… every book pulled me deeper into the madness.

🍂 8. Eternal Autumn – A book (or series) you’ll always return to no matter how much time passes.
ACOTAR & From Blood and Ash. My holy grails, my obsessions, my ride-or-dies forever.

If you’ve made it this far, count yourself tagged 🍁🖤
Now tell me: what book is YOUR eternal autumn read?
