‘Tis the season for winter to rear its head, bringing cold weather and hibernation to a lot of us. As exciting as the holiday season can be, things can also be bleak and blue when the sun rises a little later and sets a little bit earlier each day. There’s nothing quite like waking up in the dark.🫩

With that being said, some book besties and I have chosen some light and happy books to (hopefully) lift your spirits when things feel a bit heavy! We LOVE a fluffy book that makes us laugh and feels like sunshine. ☀️
I’ve also added a few tips and tricks in the last slide to help with the winter blues. Remember to go easy on yourself this season. 💙 Sending big hugs to all of you and a reminder that you are not alone.

You guys, Wicked: For Good comes out THIS WEEK! I am about to be insufferable to everyone around me. Happy Sunday besties!

I’m about to hit six months on Bookstagram, and what better way to celebrate than by giving a shoutout to some of the wonderful ladies I’ve been lucky enough to continuously chat with about books, crafts, TV shows, and everything in between! 💕 I’m in love with all of their content and the effort that goes behind it. 6 months ago, I was just a stay at home mom of two little ones, endlessly scrolling Bookstagram and craving a creative outlet. Taking the leap to join in has been the best decision! I’ve had so much fun creating, sharing, and meeting fellow book lovers from all over the world! Bookstagram is the best community ever. 🥰

OCTOBER WRAP-UP 🍁🍂

Happy Halloween! 🎃👻 if you need me today, I’ll be stuffing my face with candy while simultaneously trying not to FREEZE my buns off while taking the kids trick or treating tonight. 🥶

It was a great month! With our Thanksgiving being in October, the fam and I took a trip to visit my brother and sister in-law, and I attended my first bookish event! I’m looking forward to cozying down in November and reading way waaaay more! November also means Wicked: For Good comes out, and to say I’m excited would be an understatement. 🫧💚

This might be the end of my “fall” themed content because your girl is so ready to go full Christmas mode. How about you? Do you like to get right in to Christmas mode or do you like to wait?!
