LOVE a heavy lift, BUT you know what I love just as much? PLYOMETRICS.

We’re talking:
* JUMPING,
* LANDING,
* CHANGING DIRECTION.

Training your body to produce force quickly, absorb it on landing, & stay in control while moving at speed is a completely different challenge from traditional strength training or cardio. Such an underrated part of training, & one that’s SO easy to overlook!!

There’s also something so fun about finding your rhythm with these movements once everything starts to flow.

Just a little reminder to keep plyos in the rotation.

What does wellness look like? 👀

Sometimes wellness looks like rest

Sometimes wellness looks like taking pride in yourself.

Sometimes wellness looks like learning.

Wellness doesn’t look one way.

And you don’t have to wait for a new month to prioritize yours.
