June 8th, 2026 marks the beginning of my little brother’s journey in the Appalachian Trail! 🩵😱🥾 @chasesilb @sisypheantrails

In 2025 he completed the Pacific Crest Trail hiking from Mexico to Canada and this year he’s doing the AT south bound from Maine to Georgia. Watch & share this video to see how you can support him. 🤗

His IG & Venmo are CHASESILB and his hiking IG is SisypheanTrails. He also has a blog you can follow along at SisypheanTrails.com 🏔️ message me or leave a comment if you’d be so interested in sending him a care package- I’ll send you the instructions on how to do so 📦 #appalachian #hiking #hiker #trail #appalachian_explorers

Everything I’m bringing on the Appalachian Trail… despite the songs advice, I will be chasing waterfalls 😎

Bag weight: 35 lbs
Base weight: 25 lbs
Big 4 weight: 12 lbs

I have to hike 114 miles to make it to the first town so I have 6 days of food, so ya I have to carry 10lbs of food😅

I’ll probably get rid a few clothing/other items as I walk but would rather start with more and mail back then need things mailed to me

Whaddup! Excited to announce that I am hiking the Appalachian Trail this summer starting June 10th! For a number of reasons, I wasn’t able to start hiking until June so I’ll be going southbound, starting in Maine, and hopefully ending in Georgia sometime in October!

I’ll be writing on my blog (sisypheantrails.com) and posting videos and pictures on here, so follow if you want to see what life on the trail is like 😁

Happy Trails!
