A fresh perspective on the estate agency experience. Designed for @curransunique , new space seamlessly blends office, showroom and entertaining environments, creating an effortless setting for engaging with clients seeking distinctive, high-end properties. Conceived as a flexible, ever-evolving interior, the space features curated pieces from Moroso, Flos or Cattelan by @chattelschester that invite curiosity, spark conversation and inspire interior possibilities. Thought as a designer’s playground, it supports a wide range of buyer-centric engagement—from private meetings and presentations to launch events, wine tastings and art-led gatherings. At its heart, the concept celebrates the art of living. Property is positioned not simply as a purchase, but as the beginning of a lifestyle journey, fostering an emotional connection from the outset. Collaborations with @zestbathroomandkitchens , @chattelschester & *oH Studio enable clients to engage with creative professionals early, activating the process of making a home truly their own. A kitchen bar concept designed with @zestbathroomandkitchens , set against a raw, textured backdrop, anchors the space. The deliberate contrast between refinement and imperfection explores the layered nature of home—where old and new coexist, materials carry stories, and design becomes a lived experience. Do you have a project you would like to discuss to help you elevate your brand experience? DM or email us monika@ohstudio.uk Brief concept & client: @curransunique @lisacurranchester @j_cuzzer Design & project management: @_ohstudiouk Furniture, light & accessories: @chattelschester Kitchen bar by: @zestbathroomandkitchens
