From $5 group workouts in my mom’s garage in 2020 to officially being one year full-time with TheVillage.

2020–2023, I was in school while building this on the side. After graduating, I tried going full-time and failed miserably. I then got a job as a trainer at Life Time, kept coaching, kept learning, and slowly built TheVillage up on the side.

One year ago today, I took the leap again. I’ve exceeded the expectations I had for myself and I know that wouldn’t have happened without a few amazing people who know exactly who they are. (I tagged them)

More importantly, I can’t thank the clients who have trusted me enough to stick with me for 1, 2, and even 3+ years.

You’ve given me the opportunity to do what I love for a living, and I don’t take that for granted.

Excited to see what is in store ✝️5️⃣
