For all my calorie-deficit snack addicts who are always on the go🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️🇳🇴 There are so many «healthier» snack alternatives online that are still pretty high in calories, or require you to make them yourself. So here are some easy affordable swaps you can actually grab at almost grocery store. No cooking, no prep, just easy snacks with fewer calories🤍 Save this for your next grocery trip 🫸🏼🫷🏼 #fyp #caloriedeficit #norway #snackswap These cheese doodles swaps are amazing. I prefer the one from Pandy, but the other one is also delicious! Where I got them: Pandy: MENY Protein kaker: REMA1000 Now I know some of you (like me) will be like «it doesn’t taste the same at all».. well, no but this will satisfy your craving, AND if you add sugar free chocolate sauce, it will taste even more like the other one☝🏼 (and don’t forget you can devour the whole thing) Stores: REMA1000, Coop, Oda, some MENY’s This one is actually sooo good! I’m super picky with ice cream but this is my favorite substitute so far 🍦🍨 Stores: REMA1000, Coop, Oda, some MENY’s This is a must for dessert! The protein pudding is yummy by itself, but add some sugar-free vanilla curd/sauce to it and it’s just like the dessert you’re used to 🙂‍↕️ Stores: Almost any store in Oslo If you’re craving something sweet, and fruit just won’t do it right now, these substitutes from Pandy are a life saver! They taste exactly like the original candies but but way less calories. (Be careful if you’re sensitive to artificial sweeteners) Stores: Kiwi, Normal, MENY Love chips but want a lighter option? Try these! The calorie difference here is only 35kcal for the same amount. But the difference is 1. You get more chips for less calories. 2. When you buy the bag on the left, and actually finish the whole bag without restricting yourself 🤷🏼‍♀️ Store: Normal << Same goes for these Store: REMA1000 There’s a lot of different «healthier» Snickers options out there, but usually they’re still pretty high in calories. But this substitute from REMA1000 you can eat without the extra calories! (And yes it’s actually good!)🍫🥜 Stores: REMA1000

A little 7 AM morning before gym & work 🤍 Prepping breakfast & lunch for the day, getting in a little study time, and making sure I have everything ready before heading out. Keeping my lunch in a cooler bag while I’m at the gym has honestly been such a life hack 🥗🧊 Little things that make busy days a little easier ✨ #fyp #fitness #hacks
