Coming up to 8 years working in Sport all I hear at the top of the food chain is Maori & Pasefika people are the hardest to move and stay physically active.

I get it… but we do move, we just move different, we move through cultural dance, we move at church, we move together as a family.

So I put it to the test:

Make time
Create space
Make it consistent
Let “Him” take the wheel 🙏🏽

5 weeks in with the brothers and my cup is full.

It takes a village to bring up our children, it also takes a village to get moving. So I’m starting at home, with my family, my Day 1’s, my village 🫶🏽

We run it back tomorrow ⚡️

Grateful for the usos I have grown up with from PIPC Newtown church. Who I call brothers. These weekend walks are a blessing. A good way to stay active, stay connected with large amounts of humour for days 💯🤣 would not have it any other way. Super encouraging to see a lot of men’s group, dad’s club right now to support and grow our men💯🙏🏿🦾.
