Flavors across motherland. This wasn’t just a dinner, it was a celebration of our heritage, people, culture, origin, food and growth.
This was an exclusive food story telling event, bringing together 25 guests from different socioeconomic groups, backgrounds, stories, experiences, language, cultures, colors and beliefs. All connecting, engaging and networking over food, wine and nostalgia.

Exactly a week ago , we hosted our very own first of its kind dinner - Flavors across motherland. This wasn’t just a dinner, it was a celebration of our heritage, people, culture, origin, food and growth .
This was an exclusive food story telling event, bringing together 25 guests from different socioeconomic groups, backgrounds, stories, experiences, language, cultures, colors and beliefs. All connecting, engaging and networking over food, wine and nostalgia .
This was a true definition of farm to table fine dining experience highlighting sustainability to its core and our indigenous ingredients, all thanks to @consalagro for this key partnership and their role in this.

Grateful to God for making this possible and being by our side despite all the hassle encountered.

We are beyond honored and humbled to have had such prestigious beautiful faces dine on our table and share our stories with us.

No man is an island and the vision wouldn’t have come to reality without a solid team by our side .

Thank you for bridging cultures through food with us.
God bless you all .

TASTE OF AREWA 4.0 | FINE DINING EXPERIENCE 2025
AURE: Where Flavours Meet and Become One. 🌟

Five days later and I finally get to relive this unforgettable experience. 🔥
This year’s experience wasn’t just a showcase… it was a journey a cultural revival plated in elegance.
The highlight for me was the powerful story told about the people of Yerwa in Borno, tracing the roots of this fine-dining masterpiece:

From the humble local farmers who nurture the raw flavours…
To the traditional chefs who preserve ancient culinary wisdom…
All the way to the final fine-dining presentation that transformed heritage into art.
It was a reminder that greatness begins from the soil from people, from history, from home. 🌾🍽️✨

Massive appreciation to the wonderful, creative, and hardworking team behind every detail of this experience.
Your brilliance turned culture into theatre and flavours into stories.

And to the mastermind herself @mimierocks @mimieshomemadesauces & @mimieshomemade thank you for redefining what it means to honour our roots.
Your vision, depth, and excellence continue to set standards. 🙌💛🔥 this was more than an event… it was a celebration of IDENTITY,FLAVOR, & LEGACY. 🙌✨Thank you for leading with passion and purpose. Your genius continues to light the way for all of us 🫶🙌
