🔥 ¿Alguna vez has probado el Queso en Fuego? Créeme, no te vas a arrepentir. 🧀

🔥 Have you ever tried Queso en Fuego? Trust me, you’re not going to regret it. 🧀

@chefakhtar and I took the cheese pull seriously on this one. Smoky poblano, chorizo, creamy green salsa, three kinds of cheese, and a splash of mezcal to bring the fire ((just like it’s done at @altacalidadbk)).

It’s rich, smoky, spicy, and made for gathering around the pan with some friends and A LOT of tortillas.

If you love bold Mexican flavors, hit save so you don’t lose this recipe!

🌾 Want to level up your quinoa bowl? Make sure to watch till the end. 🧑‍🍳🥣

One of the biggest misconceptions about grain bowls is that they’re all the same…

…they’re not.

The difference is in the details.

It was a lot of fun working through this classic with @chefakhtar at @CookUnity to build a bowl that’s hearty enough for dinner, fresh enough for lunch, and flavorful enough that you’ll want to make it again.

Tag the biggest foodie you know. Trust me—they need to see this.
