Dearest readers,

The anticipation is palpable as we prepare to indulge in the delights of Season 3, Part 2 of our beloved series. For the introverts among us, take heart—it is perfectly acceptable to savor a delectable cake in solitary splendor. After all, what better way to immerse oneself in the drama and romance than with a sweet treat?

Yet, whispers abound of a most exclusive gathering hosted by the most enigmatic Duchess Lalilalipour. Known for her extraordinarily introverted nature, the Duchess is said to be throwing a secret soirée, one so rare and refined that only the most fortunate few will be in attendance this evening. What wonders and whispers will emerge from such a select affair? One can only imagine.

As we ready ourselves for an evening of splendid entertainment, remember, dear readers, whether in the company of others or in the serene solitude of one’s own abode, the charm of the season awaits us all.

Yours truly,
Lady Perle

Dearest followers,

It has come to this author’s attention that the most anticipated element of tonight’s grand fête is not the illustrious guest list nor the splendid décor, but rather a most exquisite cake designed by none other than the renowned confectioner, Madame Aura.

In the heart of her bustling kitchen, Madame Aura has conjured a masterpiece that promises to delight both the eyes and the palate. Layers of the richest earl gray sponge, enveloped in a velvety white chocolate ganache. Delicate sugar flowers, meticulously painted by hand, each petal a testament to her artistry.

This decadent creation is said to represent not just the opulence of the evening, but also a certain Lady Chloe’s penchant for grandeur.

As the final touches are applied, one cannot help but anticipate the moment when this culinary wonder will be unveiled. Will it live up to the expectations? Only those fortunate enough to attend tonight’s gala will bear witness to this sweet revelation.

Stay tuned, dear readers, for this author shall be watching, and as always, shall bring you the most delectable details.

Yours truly,
Lord Perle

This is our irresistible Matcha Latte Vanilla Almond Milk recipe ✨

🍵 Matcha Base

2 grams matcha
60 grams hot water
60 grams warmed almond vanilla milk
If you want to treat yourself, add:
5 grams maple syrup, honey, or agave
1 pump of vanilla syrup (I prefer @monin_usa )

Instructions:

Ensure your matcha is lump-free by sifting it delicately. Then, gently spoon the sifted matcha into a spacious mug. Pour in the hot water and vigorously whisk in an up-and-down motion until a creamy froth forms, typically within 30 seconds. Incorporate the milk into the mixture, whisking until thoroughly combined. Add your choice of sweetener to taste.

🥛Vanilla Milk

140 grams raw almonds (soaked overnight in cool water, or 1-2 hours in very hot water)
1200 grams filtered water (less to thicken, more to thin)
1 gram sea salt
2 whole dates if you want to sweeten your milk (also works with agave or your favorite natural sweetener)
10 grams vanilla extract or 2 vanilla beans

Instructions:

I use a nut milk machine (I got mine from @tribestlife) but you can also do it with a blender and cheesecloth to strain out the sediment.

Combine your soaked almonds, water, salt, and any desired add-ins in a high-speed blender. Blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth, ensuring the blender runs for at least 1-2 minutes for optimal results. Strain the mixture using a nut milk bag or a thin dish towel placed over a mixing bowl. Transfer the almond milk to a jar or covered bottle and refrigerate. It will stay fresh for up to 4-5 days, but shake well before drinking as it may separate.

Voila ✨ let us know what you think!
