My first Saturday morning challenge started today! It’s been a while since I mastered the Banana bread and Victoria Sponges ‘we all made during lockdown’ … I’m gonna let my niece Chloe be the judge on these scones! She did give me a tip 😉😂 They are scrumdidlyumptious! 😋

On 24th September, Chloe McCoy takes us back to the classics with Retro Re-thought, a six-course menu inspired by familiar favourites, reimagined the Kitchen W8 way.

From Ham & Pineapple and Coronation Chicken to Prawn Cocktail and Piña Colada, expect a playful take on nostalgia.

30 on the 30th. 🤠✨
I'm still feeling a little overwhelmed. I've never found it easy to believe that people love and care about me in the same way I love and care about them. But these last two weeks (yes, two whole weeks!) of celebrations have shown me just how lucky I am.
To everyone who made the effort to celebrate with me, travelled, danced, laughed, surprised me, sent messages, or simply showed up—thank you. You made me feel more loved than I ever imagined, and I'll never forget it.
Here's to 30, and to whatever comes next. I can't wait. 🤍

Chloe has rejoined the kitchen brigade as Sous Chef, where she will support Mark, Louis and Matt in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team.

Having previously been part of the brigade in 2023, Chloe stepped away in 2024 to broaden her knowledge and gain further experience. We are delighted to welcome her back and look forward to building on our progress together, with her as part of the team.

Photo highlights from an unforgettable night - how could we choose?? 📸

Food Fight brought together chefs, teams and supporters for an evening of incredible food, serious competition and a shared commitment to changing the future of food education.

Every plate served and every punch thrown helped raise vital funds to teach more young people the life skills that come from cooking. Together we raised over £152,000!
