I’m heartbroken to share our SOBE studio will closing its doors for good June 14th. I moved to Miami to open this studio and got so much more than I could ever dream out of this place. The things we have created in that room, the connections, the tears, the celebrations…I can’t even begin to put into words how impactful it has been for me. I grew two babies in this studio, it carried us through COVID, kept me connected to my NY riders, met people from all over the world, and it pushed me to be better for my team. To all my riders - I love you so much. Thank you for every single memory. I am so blessed we have two studios here in Miami. Schedules will be changing over the next few weeks (don’t worry survivors we will have our class again ❤️‍🩹). Please be patient with us as the instructors navigate a really tough change that was completely out of our hands. I’m sending love to my SoulCycle fam whose studios closing left them with no more SoulCycle. 💔 The last SOBE surv with me is this Saturday, JUNE 6th. Please come out and ride with us a few more times in one of my favorite places. There will be tears. 🥺💔❤️‍🩹

Experience Basque Country through the lens of a chef who shares its deep passion for food, community, and craft. Chef Chris Arellanes—who honed his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens—joins us for a journey where every meal tells a story, every bite carries history, and every table brings people together.

From cider houses echoing with centuries-old toasts to the rolling vineyards of Rioja and the bustling fish markets of Bilbao, we’ll immerse ourselves in the region’s rich culinary traditions. We’ll meet the shepherds handcrafting Idiazabal cheese in the hills, taste fire-seared ribeye straight from the grill, and sip crisp txakoli by the sea—all while embracing the Basque philosophy that the best meals start with incredible ingredients and are meant to be shared.

Join us August 3-10 for an unforgettable sensory experience, where food is the heartbeat of the Northern Spain culture. Link in bio.

Since announcing our Basque Country adventures, we’ve eagerly anticipated seeing these thoughtfully curated experiences come to life. In September, our first trip unfolded beautifully—sidra in hand, we embraced the art of slow food, deeply inspired by the Bertsolaritza tradition, where poetic improvisation enriches meals and time-honored ingredients. This journey left us captivated and dreaming of more.

This summer, we’re thrilled to return with Chef Chris Arellanes. Known for his three Michelin-starred experience and prioritizing clean ingredients, Chef Chris will guide us through a cultural and culinary exploration—from sourcing ingredients at local markets to crafting meals that pay homage to Basque traditions. Together, we’ll dive into the vibrant community of Northern Spain, connecting over food, stories, and the soul of Basque culture.

Warning: may contain excessive dinking

I had an awesome time co-hosting these legends yesterday to showcase @rhone’s new pickleball line, Backspin, at the iconic Central Park @citypickle location.

Being around this crew is a simple reminder that we get further together. Stay tuned for the reel dropping soon 🔥

I went to my first @rhone community event in 2017. These men have shaped who I am today and I don’t know where I would be without them. #foreverforward
