10 Months Ago I would’ve never taken a topless progress photo in a gym.

Dedication, consistency, discipline have put me in this position to smash my shoulder surgery & recovery. Putting my body in the best shape of my life & seeing my core muscles turn from a keg into possibly a 6/8 pack (AB’s) for the first time in my life! That’s what you call those right?!? 😂

Wouldn’t be possible without my brother & Trainer:

PePtIdEs fix my inner shoulder tears?!? I might be a walking case study & now proof that TB-500/BPC-157 also works on humans & not just animals? Or maybe I’m part animal aka Gorilla with those Super Human genes 🧬? Or maybe it was my diet/training/supplements/peptide protocols from my trainer @chefdevinfitness

Either way the orthopedic surgeon went in & found no visible tears from all 4 microscopic insertion’s & my bicep tendon completely fine. He did a massive tendinitis cleanup, shaved my collarbone down of where it was rubbing (bone spurs) cleaned out irradiated tissue that built up & cartilage. Got a fresh shoulder for the next 10+ years 🤞🏻

Good to go to hit some new PRs soon! 💪🏼
PR’s Goals to come hopefully soon 🙏🏼

Motivation comes in many different forms, shapes & ways. One of the biggest motivation sparks for me lately on this come back from my shoulder surgery is to be stronger & bigger…

I want to hit some new PR’s. I got the 150 dumbbells on rows but I want to press those bad boys with a healthy strong chest and shoulders. Chest has always been my weakest muscle group but that will change. Then Farmer carries with these 150lb dumbbells would be icing on the gainz!
