I cook the way you want to feel onboard: taken care of.
Quiet. Precise. A little dangerous in the best way.

Global fusion. Fine-dining technique.
Menus tailored to your body and your mood—gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sugar, plant-forward, allergies—without sacrificing pleasure.

Breakfast that wakes you up right.
Lunch that keeps you light but satisfied.
Dinner that makes the whole yacht go silent for a second. 😮‍💨

Florida-based. Available for charters + private programs (domestic/international with notice).

DM “YACHT” with dates + location + guest count to book—or email for discreet VIP inquiries.

We had the pleasure of catering a tropical wedding for an amazing couple, Eric & Macie. Here’s a look at the #grazing display we created for them with real tropical fruit and delicious cheeses & charcuterie from Cheese Cave in Vero Beach. 🥥
