Last week we hosted a fundraiser for @wckitchen in support of those affected by the devastating earthquakes in Venezuela. Y’all showed up and showed out and we can’t thank you enough 🙏

Together, we raised $7,525 for @wckitchen, which means 1,505 meals will be served to communities directly impacted by the earthquakes.

Thank you to everyone who bought tickets, every chef and restaurant that donated their time and food, our DJ @whondytwist, and everyone who spread the word about the event. Gracias por todo, Atlanta!! 🫶🇻🇪

This tuesday we had the pleasure of having Chef Ron Hsu for a special cookbook dinner with recipes from his Down South + East book! The dinner was accompanied by pours of Hana Makgeolli, and good vibes 😎

Miss Kim was our very first account in Michigan ❤️ and I first enjoyed Chef Ji Hye’s cooking during her pop-up at Hana in Brooklyn! After so many years, it was such a treat to finally join her and Nick around the table in Ann Arbor.

As if that wasn’t enough, we also had the chance to experience a few dishes from Chef Ron Hsu’s new cookbook, Down South + East. The pimento cheese wontons and char siu ribs alone… my god 😋

Along the way we met so many new friends and incredible independent businesses - spending hours nerding out over fermentation and Korean sool.

Huge thank you to the M4 team for bringing Hana Makgeolli to even more shelves across the state! We’re excited to now be at Arbor Farms, Westborn Market, and more locations soon 🙏

Michigan’s food community is thoughtful, welcoming, and deeply committed to supporting one another. Thank you for having us ❤️

Atlanta's best chefs are coming together for a community potluck in support of those impacted by the earthquakes in Venezuela. Tickets are $50 and include a full plate from the buffet. 100% of ticket proceeds will be donated to @wckitchen.

🍗 @hermanita_atl will NOT be popping up tomorrow night, but the team will be cooking alongside everyone else at the fundraiser.
🎟️ Your ticket is valid for entry any time between 5 and 9pm. We'll have plenty of food waiting for you.
👼 Kids are welcome! Children's tickets (12 & under) are available for $25.

Chef’s menu just dropped for our cookbook dinner with Michelin Star Chef Ron Hsu! 🎉

Wednesday, July 22. Four courses out of Down South + East, Southern ingredients running straight into Chinese flavors:

• Grilled Okra, Persimmon, Arugula and Pecan Salad with Mala Oil
• Grilled Rainbow Trout / Fish Stew with Black-eyed Peas
• Grilled Mandarin Beef Short Ribs with Five-spice Glazed Baby Carrots and Rice
• Fried Bananas with Char Siu Caramel Ice Cream

Chef Noelle and the crew are cooking it family style, one seating at 6:30, with Ron in the house.

And yes, every ticket comes with a copy of the book to take home.

What a beautiful event showcasing legacy, Domaine Faiveley’s expression of terroir, and lovely words from vigneron Erwan Faiveley.
