POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We’re adding Freestyle Night to Triangle Grapplers!

Starting this month, the last Thursday of every month will be dedicated to freestyle wrestling.

With nearly half of our club made up of female wrestlers, and freestyle being the style our girls compete in outside of the high school season… we want to make sure those skills are being developed year-round.

It’s also great for every wrestler in the room. Instead of finishing folkstyle season and trying to cram freestyle into a few weeks, we’ll keep those skills fresh throughout the year and make the transition into spring much smoother.

One night a month. Keep the skills fresh. Build more complete wrestlers.

Open to boys and girls of all ages and skill levels.

I was prepared to take one for the team tonight 😂

Henry wanted to go to the football game and hang out with his friends. My 55-year-old self wanted to put on comfy clothes and stay home.

But I WANT him to want to go out, be with his friends and make memories. So I changed clothes, got myself into a good mindset and was ready to go.

And then…Florida ⛈️😂

Apparently I get my comfy Friday night after all. Sometimes things just work out 😂

14 years ago today, we threw an engagement party… with a little surprise planned!

Partway through the party, I disappeared, changed into my wedding gown, and came back as the bride. We got married right that night, surrounded by family and friends 🥰

It was such a fun, joy-filled day…and 14 years later, I’m so grateful for the life we’ve built together, the family we’ve raised and all the memories we’ve made along the way.

Happy anniversary, Jack! I’d choose you all over again ❤️

No, we didn’t win the lottery 😂 But we did get to be part of the fun!

We had the pleasure of working with David on a recent episode of My Lottery Dream Home. Check out the show this Friday at 9pm on HGTV!

I can’t believe this handsome kid is 12 today!!

It feels like yesterday I was chasing a little boy around the house… and now he’s almost as tall as me, headed off on youth retreats with his friends and growing into such an incredible young man.

Watching him grow has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.

Happy Birthday, Henry! I love you more than you’ll ever know! ❤️🎂 🥳

Was NOT an athlete growing up; was just telling a friend today that I really never touched a barbell until my college years.

But, as a kid growing up in the 80s, I used to day dream about being like all of these bad ass action heroes.

Who are some of your favorites??

Happy Father’s Day to the man who has loved, guided, coached, encouraged, supported and prayed over these boys through every season.

From wrestling tournaments and practices to everyday conversations and life lessons… they are better because of you!

We’re grateful for all you do and the example you set.

I love you, Jack! Happy Father’s Day! 💙

10-0 at Knockout. 👊💥
Ciaran put together an outstanding performance this weekend, finishing undefeated while taking on some serious competition. His wins included Florida’s #1-ranked wrestler at 190 lbs, an Illinois state placer, and multiple Florida state placers and qualifiers.
What makes this special isn’t just the undefeated record… it’s the work behind it. Early mornings, extra training sessions, private lessons, strength and conditioning, and a commitment to improving every day.
Proud of the young man he’s becoming and the effort he’s putting into the process. The results are starting to show, but there’s still plenty of work ahead.
Keep grinding, Ciaran. 🤼‍♂️
#TrustChrist👑

55 🎉

Today I’m 55.

This past year has brought challenges, growth, lessons, celebrations and more reminders than ever that life is a gift.

I’m grateful for my family.

My faith.

My friends.

My clients.

My health.

And the opportunity to keep learning and growing with each passing year.

At 55, I’m still becoming.

And I’m excited to see what this next chapter holds 🩷
