Silky, rich and exceptionally smooth.

Ben Cooper’s Chocolate & Australian Avocado Crémeux is all about texture, with avocado creating a luxurious finish that pairs perfectly with dark chocolate.

Topped with burnt orange marmalade and smoked almond praline, for citrus and crunch.

Melbourne felt like a hometown show!

Melbourne was INSANE. Packed af arena, all our pals and their pals out hanging with us, everything!

It was amazing to have one of our favorite musicians: Will Sparks

One of our favorite chefs: Benjamin Cooper

And one of our favorite BJJ martial artists: Daniel Schuardt

All out to support the show.

Thank you Melbourne! Thank you Australia! We’ve toured here 15/16 times now over the years - and it always feels like home.

Love yall.

🥑 Think avocadoes just belong on toast? Think again

Day 4 at The Culinary Kitchen Stage with Chef Benjamin Cooper & @australianavocados : ‘Unlocking the versatility of Australian Avocadoes on Menus'.

Ben showed us how avocado’s natural fats, creaminess and subtle nuttiness can elevate everything from savoury dishes to desserts.

✨ Chawanmushi was a standout among the crowd and we also explored avocado as an alternative to butter, cream and yoghurt, including in smoothies and cakes.

And the best part? "Its versatility means it can help create dishes for vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free diners."

Turns out, there’s a lot more to avocado than toast! 🥑
