Would you call the wedge salad trendy? Believe it or not, the classic recipe dates back over 100 years, the first printed version (that we know of) in Marion Harris Neil's 1916 cookbook, "Salads, Sandwiches and Chafing Dish Recipes." Chef Matt makes our version with house smoked lardon, Maytag blue, and infused tomato. As for chafing dish recipes... maybe next season! 😅 #restaurantweek #weare138 #hendersonrestaurant #lasvegas #steaklovers #lvrw #lasVegasrestaurantweek #lasvegasfoodies

📸: @oscarssteakhouselv 📰📰📰 #Holidays in #SinCity: How to Celebrate #Thanksgiving Off the #LasVegas Strip 🦃 Whether a visitor over the long #weekend or a local not wanting to cook, here are the places you can reserve a table or take a #familymeal to-go. ✨ 🎶🎊 🎉 Las Vegas has everything, including holiday plans if you need them. While known for being open all day, every day, Las Vegas #hospitality does have holiday closures and limited hours throughout the valley, so those in the industry can celebrate with friends and family. 🥘 🍺🧀🍹 We’ve curated a variety of options leading up to and including Thanksgiving Day for those looking for #charcuterie boards, #beer, a place to dine in (who wants to do the dishes?!), or a meal to take home (you’ll have to reheat and clean up, but at least the #cooking is done for you!).
