Oh my goodness this Wellness Wednesday gathering was so much fun. I am so grateful for the medicine that it is for my heart.

Did you do anything extra for your Wellness today? I danced in the Spirit and twirled and hugged and listened and spoke and laughed and cried and prayed and sang and prepared sacred vittles and tea for the tribe. It was an exhilarating experience. Annnnnd we celebrated the Eve of @world_of_agape coming to Earth!!!!

If you are ever interested in hosting a Wellness Wednesday gathering in your space, let me know. It's one of my jobs❣️
