🌯 This surf and turf burrito is big, messy, and worth every bite. 🔥 Adobo-seasoned beef and shrimp off the plancha. I want both in there. Add beans, melted cheese, and bright salsa verde, and you’ve got a burrito I’m very happy to sit down with. I give the tortilla a little time on the griddle for that crisp exterior. Then I’m dipping between bites, so make sure to keep the salsa close by 😉 What’s your favorite JG CookUnity burrito? 🎃 Pumpkin spice lovers … these have your name written all over them! 🍂 I had to get pumpkin spice into something with a little crunch. These rice crispies treats have that chewy marshmallow pull, Mexican vanilla nostalgia, and a white chocolate topping with a final dusting of spice. Nothing too fancy here. Just a really good reason to lick the spatula. I cut them into squares like I’m going to be reasonable about it. Then I “accidentally” almost eat the whole dang pan. What’s your favorite pumpkin spice treat? Drop it in the comments. 🎥 Video by @shreditordotcom 🎬 Produced by @chefpaulardee

🍹 Who said margaritas were just for summer? 🍎 I’m keeping the margarita glasses out a little longer. These iced caramel apple cider margaritas have crisp apple bite, a kick of ginger beer, and a cinnamon sugar rim that makes every sip feel like fall. A few friends around the kitchen, something good in the oven, and these on ice. Now THAT’S my kind of fall gathering! Make sure you tag the bartender of your friend group and get the next gathering on the calendar. 🎥 Video by @shreditordotcom 🎬 Produced by @chefpaulardee 🍽️ Culinary Support by @ianfmcnulty

Give me one minute to change your mind! 🔥 My Baked Swai in Cajun Pan Sauce for @CookUnity brings a little heat ((and plenty of flavor)) to the plate. I pair the fish with a silky Cajun Pan Sauce made with browned onion, plus sautéed vegetables and garlicky greens to catch every last bit. That sauce deserves more than a polite drizzle. What white fish would you use for this recipe? Let me know in the comments. 🎥 Video by @juanchopedia 🎬 Produced by @chefpaulardee 🍽️ Culinary Support by @saranhs

🧀 Welcome to Cheap vs. Expensive! 💸 Today, @roccodispirito and I are comparing 10-month-old domestic parmesan with 36-month-old imported Parmigiano Reggiano from @EatalyNewYorkCity. We’re tasting them side by side to find out what that extra money ACTUALLY gets you. The domestic delivers that familiar parmesan flavor, but is the Parmigiano Reggiano really worth the splurge when it comes to a cheesy snowfall over your nonna’s spaghetti pomodoro? Make sure to watch till the end to find out! What’s one ingredient you always splurge on? Let me know in the comments! 👇 🎥 Edited by @juanchopedia 🎬 Produced by @chefpaulardee 🍽️ Culinary support by @beardedfoodie

🧇 You ever wonder what happens when scallops hit the waffle iron? Keep watching to find out. 🐚 @andrew_taylor_me takes me through his brilliantly realized creation - The Scallop Waffle Yaki. This concept brings together the delicate sweetness of scallops, with the shape and golden caramelization of a waffle. It’s a playful way to rethink what gets served up on the plate. Are you sold on this Scallop Waffle Yaki? Send this to your favorite waffle loving friend. 🔗 Recipe link in bio 🔗 🎥 Video by @colewhitneymedia_llc 🎬 Produced by @chefpaulardee

🎥 Video de @juanchopedia 🎬 Producido por @chefpaulardee 🍽️ Apoyo culinario de @saranhs ____________________ 🔥 You’ve never had Cajun Salmon until you’ve had it like this! 🥑 I love how the smoky Cajun spice hits against all that cool, fresh crunch. The salmon comes out golden and flaky, with cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño bringing a bright little kick. Then the creamy avocado pulls everything together. Big flavor, plenty of texture, and the kind of plate that makes salmon ANYTHING but boring. Send this to someone who’s always wondering what to do with salmon … or grab it from my @cookunity menu and try it for yourself! 🎥 Video by @juanchopedia 🎬 Produced by @chefpaulardee 🍽️ Culinary Support by @saranhs

🐟 Beer-battered cod cheeks. Lowcountry crab hush puppies. Oh yeah - let’s get cooking! 🍻 I got to cook with Erin Connor from @waysidetavern for a fried-seafood feast that hits every note. Tender cod with that crackly beer-battered crust, bright sauce gribiche, and crab hush puppies finished with maple-bourbon butter. The only real question is … cod cheeks first, or straight for the hush puppies? 🔗 Recipe link in bio 🔗 🎥 Video by @colewhitneymedia_llc 🎬 Produced by @chefpaulardee

🍺 If fall had an official appetizer, this would be it. 🥨 Crispy smoked sausage, sweet apple cider, beer, plenty of sharp cheddar, and warm soft pretzels made for dipping. That’s my idea of a great time. It’s smoky, cheesy, a little tangy, and exactly what I’m putting in the middle of the table when friends come over. …just don’t expect it to last very long. Save this recipe for your next party! 🎥 Video by @shreditordotcom 🎬 Produced by @chefpaulardee
