Italy in the Countryside: five Italian-inspired courses at @carriagehousepei with @chefrossmunro and the @ada.culinarystudio team. This venue is special to me. Emily and I had our wedding here which was the first one ever held at the Carriage House. Coming back to cook a unique new dinner in the same place, just minutes passed my family farm, was amazing! Thank you to @centralcoastalpei for supporting our first pop-up in rural PEI. More to come.
