I had a true full-circle moment today. I took my culinary students on a field trip to @lattc.culinaryarts, the place where my own culinary journey began. Being able to see the chefs who taught me, and introduce them to the students I’m now passing that knowledge to, was so dope. Huge shoutout to @chefsills for an amazing demo, and thank you to everyone else who welcomed us and made it feel like home again.

✌🏼+💛
