I’m very proud to serve on the SkillsUSA Culinary Tech Committee, and this week I was thrilled to be in Atlanta at the National Leadership & Skills Conference—celebrating my 15th year volunteering alongside this fabulous team of chefs!

It’s super inspiring for judges to watch the next generation of culinarians perform under pressure-while showcasing the technical skills, professionalism, and dedication required to excel in the hospitality industry.

Over two days of competitions, we had the privilege of cheering on the passion, creativity, and hard work of high school and college culinary students from across the country - and it was awesome!

A big thank you to SkillsUSA and to Seatrade Cruise for supporting my involvement and allowing me to continue to give back to the foodservice community!

Congratulations to all the competitors—you are all champions!
