Y’all know me and eating don’t go together. But we’re working on that. I love cooking and feeding people. But I’m generally too stressed or overwhelmed to eat for myself. And…… now I’m being forced to eat. 😅I could feed a village with absolutely all the leftovers I’ve collected cuz y’all KNOW I DON’T EAT🫠🌹 but in more ways than one, I have to regain my strength for what’s to come. Physically, emotionally, and ritualistically. Dr’s orders. Or should I say professors orders 😂🤝🏾 @majesticreignmassage 🌹🌹🌹📿

Outside sources can confirm that which your soul/holy and righteous spirit teaches you from within. So many lose focus by searching outside of themselves, when the voice inside is leading and guiding the way. Go within, meditate, learn, and grow 🌳 🥰👑

It won’t hurt to try. What if, just what if you committed to adding one from the anti-inflammatory list or omitting one from the pro-inflammatory list? Healing yourself holistically is a lifestyle change. It takes 21 to 28 days to form a new habit. Taking small steps will lead to enormous results. #committoyourself #committoyou #lifestyle #lifestylechangenotadiet #takecontrolofyourhealth #foodismedicine #holisticwellness #holistic #foodeducation

Those things that we meditate on become us. How we move through life is a reflection of our hearts. So move in love. Consume all that is while and good and our light and vibration of our souls will be brighter. Jah will make us and take us higher. I worship all that is good and divine. Ruah 🌬️
