It's moments like these that remind us why we do what we do. ❤️

A huge thank you to this amazing couple for the thoughtful note. Watching guests become regulars and seeing Eight Settlers become their place is something we never take for granted.

To everyone who's joined us for a drink, a meal, or simply good company, thank you for supporting our incredible team and our chef. We can't wait to welcome you back home. 🥃🍽️

We dove into a history of burlesque in Salt Lake City at our second event, but what we really walked away with was a lesson on expecting the unexpected.

From learning about Charles Ellis Johnson, who in 1893 photographed the official Salt Lake Temple dedication *and* simultaneously ran a backroom business selling racy, nude photos, to hearing how one of @prof.mvigneault ’s old pieces of research was serendipitously the inspiration behind one of our guest’s businesses, we discovered that not everything is always what it seems.

Forever grateful to those who made this a night to remember:

✨ @prof.mvigneault our incomparable speaker who had the audience’s rapt attention the entire time
✨ @the.violet.ends whose burlesque performance had us all “feeling good” 🥵
✨ @eron.aldred who made our vision a reality
✨ @cheftron who curated a bespoke and delicious menu
✨ @settlerslounge for being the perfect speakeasy venue
✨ @oldwilliamreed for consistently going above and beyond to capture the magic 📸

Together, we embraced the unexpected, and we cannot thank everyone who showed up enough for sharing their evening with us. Until next time!

New menu. New Cocktails. New Experience.

We’re kicking things off with Plates & Pours—a night built to show you what we’ve been working on behind the scenes.

Meet Chef Tron as he debuts his new menu, built around dishes designed to pair with our house spirits. Our distillers and bar team will be there all night—talking through the process, sharing stories, and pouring cocktails that actually mean something. It’s your first real taste of what the new lounge is becoming.

Food & drinks available for purchase throughout the night.

June 18 | 5:30–8:30

Have you ever found yourself in a moment thinking, “Wow, this is exactly what I’m meant to be doing."

That’s exactly how I felt this past weekend with the Ollin @livinggenshai . I felt so incredibly grateful to be doing what I love, heart and soul. Co-facilitating with such an amazing team and sharing space with so many beautiful souls was an absolute honor.

The unique gifts, energy, and presence each person brought truly left me in awe. I’m still feeling the magic. Thank you to everyone who showed up so fully. You are the gift. Namaste, my friends. 💛

🎵🥰LV 素敵! A Must for fashionistas/foodies: LV Cafe in 🇫🇷Paris: with star Pastry Chef Maxime Frédéric, Best Pastry Chef of the Year winner and Head Pastry Chef at Hotel Cheval Blanc across the street. (Also owned by LVMH.)

Posted before the reel of server bringing the items. Notice also the Louis Vuitton plate!

The chocolate cake was decadent and delicious! And the latte was yummy also and I’m not even a coffee drinker! lol 😂 but had to get it to try if only for the LV latte art!

❤️🇫🇷Sunset in Paris at the Louis Vuitton Cafe overlooking the Seine and the re-opened renovated Samaritaine department store (also owned by Louis Vuitton) where I loved shopping for home linens at the original store.

Hope you have a nice day! And thank you so much always!
