Before the doors open at Pioneer Works on October 17, we want to say thank you to our Ragas Live Festival family.

To the Pioneer Works crew: Gabe, Justin, Yume, Daniel, Gabe, Son, Sonya, Zoe, and Colette, and to our technical director Bob, along with Logan, Rodrigo, and team.

To The Society for Arts and Culture of South Asia and The 4J Family Foundation, for believing in us.

To our WKCR family, and a special thank you to WKCR's Charlie and Ethan for coordinating everything this year + the longtime support of Jeff, Manisha, Ben, Georgia, and Tanvi.

To our dear friend and film director Adrien and the AHT Production team.

To Praveen and Brooklyn Raga Massive.

To Syed, for creating a special menu just for this festival and working nonstop to keep us all fed!

To our production team: Sam, you brought sunshine to all of us! And Parag, thank you for joining us. We can't wait to hear your audio editing this year.

Every moment happens because of you.
We feel so fortunate to have you as part of the Ragas Live Festival family.

See you in Brooklyn. 🙏

@followthearrowfest 2026 the best homegrown fest there is 💜and curated by our beloved homie Marco Benevento! So fun to have played again with @cochemea and on Marco’s set as well. Lots of NY music community on the bill and legends abound up here in the Catskills. If you missed it, fear not! This fest will return next year, but get your tix early next time- it sold out. Thanks to all who were involved with making it happen at Follow the Arrow and beyond, and big thanks to @bahramforoughiphotography for allowing me to share some his beautiful photography in this post! 🙌🏽🙌🏽@tortoise @marcobenevento22 @cochemea @budosband @theemarloes @elmichelsaffair @ghostfunkorchestra @edanexists @brasskillband and The Benevento Family Band! Last song in reel is “Houdini” by Marco Benevento

The Energy… of last night’s show in Brooklyn was explosive. 💥WOW. Thank you to everyone who showed up and raised the vibration of the space. Brought me back to my old days of the Afrospot. This is the new AMAYO band with some OGs from Antibalas and some of my favorite musicians.

🦁Lion Awakes is out now. Vinyl available on bandcamp at the link in my bio.

❤️Thank you to my @barlunatico family for hosting me.
Deep gratitude to my band @jordanmcleannyc @tosinarib @chekerero @npylowmentality @kenjitokunaga and @dylbot9000 for sitting in 🙏🏿
