✨ Today is your magical day… and what a gift you are to this world. ✨
Happy Birthday to a yoga instructor who changes lives without even realizing it and a friend who has become family. 💛
Your heart is your superpower. The way you love people, hold space, cheer others on, and show up with authenticity is something truly special. You remind us that yoga isn’t about perfect poses—it’s about living with grace, courage, compassion, and joy.
I am so thankful our paths crossed. Life is sweeter, lighter, and so much more fun because you’re in it. Thank you for every laugh, every hug, every conversation, and every moment you’ve shared with our KomUnity.
May this next trip around the sun bring you everything you’ve been pouring into everyone else—overflowing joy, deep peace, wild adventures, belly laughs, big dreams coming true, and so many reasons to celebrate.
Keep shining your beautiful light. The world needs exactly what you bring.
We love you so much.
Happy Birthday, sweet friend. Now go celebrate the incredible human you are! 🎉🎂✨
Grace & Peace,
💛

For years, we’ve been taught that January 1 is the time to start over… to set big goals… to become a new version of ourselves.
But nature doesn’t work that way.
Winter is for rest. For going inward. For slowing down.
And spring is when we gently awaken. 🌱
This year, we’re honoring that truth at Kom.
✨ Spring Equinox Mini-Retreat
Friday, March 20
6–8pm
$30 investment in YOU!
This sacred evening will be a soft and powerful reset for your body, mind, and spirit as we move out of winter and into a new season of growth.
Together we will:
• Sip warm tea and/or cacao
• Share in open, heart-centered community
• Reflect on what “reset” truly means for you
• Move through gentle, grounding yoga
• Experience deep rest with Yoga Nidra
• Receive a soothing sound bath
• Enjoy calming essential oils and nurturing touch

Sherri and Chelsea will together lead this mini-retreat.

This is more than an event.
It’s a ritual. A remembering. A return to yourself.
If your heart has been craving connection, intention, and a fresh start that feels natural and supportive… this is for you.
Let this become your new way to begin again each year.
Spots will be limited to keep the space intimate and sacred.
We cannot wait to hold you. 💛
