Back home.

Almost eight months of adventure with my partner and our daughter, basically 24/7 together.

And then, a week and a half on the road alone: teaching workshops in Tokyo and Seoul.

Beyond the work and meeting new people, it quietly became a journey into being alone.
A very different setting.

Far from the family I’ve shared every moment with for the past eight months.

It was a gentle reminder of how important, and healthy..those moments of distance can be.
To miss.
To observe from the side.
To reflect.

Home is where I am with you.

2.5 weeks on the road - living out of a car as autumn turns to winter
Every morning we stop at a playground for practice, while our daughter plays.

We usually have only a basic plan.. we arrive, see what’s there, and build our session around it.
This morning: 3 structures, 7 AM - a soft, playful start to the day.

And you, do you need the familiar to move?
Or do you adapt and make every place your playground?

Thank you, Vietnam, for the endless beaches, sunshine, playgrounds for our little one, coconuts, fruits, delicious and affordable food, kind people, countless smiles, and the unforgettable experience of crossing the street.
Toward the end, we felt it was time for a change, as if we’d experienced it all and were ready for a new vibe.
Now, we’re completely ready for the next adventure.
