🦋 Life lately…💪🏼
Honestly, this year has been one hell of a chapter. There have been some really low moments, a lot of changes, and plenty of days where I didn’t feel like myself.
But lately? I’m choosing me.

Getting back into the gym, drinking more water, taking better care of my body, working on my mindset, and slowly rebuilding myself one day at a time. 💪🏻

💞I’m learning that becoming a better version of yourself doesn’t happen overnight. Sometimes it’s messy, sometimes it’s uncomfortable, and sometimes you have to completely change your life to realise what you actually want.
And honestly… I’m excited to see where this version of me goes. 🖤

🌷Life lately… 🤍🦋

This year has honestly been one hell of a ride. Between my health, my mental health, unexpected setbacks and everything life decided to throw at me, there were times I felt like I had completely lost myself.

But lately, I’ve been slowly finding my way back. 🖤

I’m choosing to take better care of myself, getting back into fitness, eating better, moving more, building healthier habits and focusing on becoming stronger both physically and mentally.

I’m not saying everything is perfect, because it isn’t. Healing isn’t linear, and some days are harder than others. But I’m learning that progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be progress.

I’m proud of myself for starting again, for choosing myself, and for believing that things can get better.

This chapter isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming the healthiest, happiest and strongest version of me. ✨

Slowly, but surely… I’m getting there. 🦋

☕ First Sip Rule Every generator completed = take a sip of coffee.
🔪 Hooked in the Fog Every time I get hooked, chat chooses: • Coffee sip • Stretch break • Compliment a survivor • Say “The Entity demands sacrifice”
💀 Sacrificed = Punishment If I die: • Take a drink. • Read a creepy fact. • Speak in a Ghost Face voice for one minute.
