25 years. 🤍✨

Some people build businesses. Others build homes. For the last 25 years, @chepozz has built both.

She has led this studio with grace, integrity, excellence, wisdom, patience, generosity, and an unwavering love for every dancer who has walked through these doors. Her vision has created more than a place to dance—it has created a family, lifelong friendships, confidence, unforgettable memories, and a home for so many.

Thank you for pouring your heart into generations of dancers and teachers. Your impact reaches far beyond the choreography we learn in the studio.

Happy 25 years! We are so grateful for you and the way you resiliently, selflessly, joyfully lead our studio. We love you so much. 🤍

It’s an incredible challenge to try and caption the past 13 years with Footnotes. Thirteen years filled with endless memories, laughter, growth, and so much love. I truly don’t think words can capture what this place and these people mean to me. To say I’m grateful feels like the biggest understatement.

To Ms. Cheryl– there will never be enough words to thank you for everything you’ve given me over the years. Your kindness, strength, and passion have shaped me not only as a dancer but as a person. Thank you for believing in me in moments when I struggled to believe in myself and for guiding me through every up and down. Thank you for always pushing me to grow, for teaching me the value of hard work, and for creating a space where all of us felt so valued and loved. I will carry everything you’ve taught me with me forever.

To my parents– thank you for allowing me to follow my heart and providing me with such an opportunity. The love and gratitude I have for you can never be typed into words, but thank you for being the absolute best dance mom and dad imaginable.

To all of my amazing teachers– thank you for constantly pushing me beyond what I thought I was capable of and for pouring so much time, patience, wisdom, and care into all of us. Thank you for every correction, every class, every conversation, and every hug. I am so grateful for each of you and everything you’ve done for me.

To Elite– my heart feels so heavy trying to say goodbye. You are the most extraordinary group of girls and I feel so lucky that I got to grow up beside all of you. Thank you for loving me, supporting me, challenging me, and making these years what they were. You are truly my sisters in every sense of the word. I have never felt more understood or more supported than I have with all of you by my side. I can’t wait to watch each of you go do the incredible things I know you’re meant for. Keep showing up for each other, keep loving this as deeply as you do, and never forget why you started.

You all have such a special place in my heart.

Wow. There is no way that my first year at @footnotesdance is already coming to end. This year has been truly one to remember and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. This weekend at @danceplatinumco nationals was the best way to close the season and I’m so proud of all the accomplishments we have made. With this being said, I’m so excited to make more memories these next few years and continue to grow with my Footnotes family! 🌟🤗❣️

What a special way end the most incredible season.

As my first season at @footnotesdance comes to a close, I want to express how special it was to me and how grateful I am for everyone who made it happen. This season was filled many graceful wins, trophies, and medals, but that wasn’t even the best part. I’m so blessed to have learned from the best mentors and have not just become a better dancer, but a better person. Thank you to all my teammates and teachers for having the ceaseless support and patience with me that made this year one I’ll never forget.

I can’t wait to create more memories in the years to come. Here’s to many more!

it’s hard to even put into words the impact that @footnotesdance has had on me these past 7 years. I can’t believe it’s all coming to a close because it feels like this studio has been a part of my life forever and it doesn’t feel real. these are my best friends, my amazing teachers who build me up, and I place I can go to do what I love when it’s been a long day. these people have been there for me in the hardest times and i’m not sure what i’ll do without them next year.

To Cheryl aka Boss, thank you for creating a space where I feel so loved. I know I can always come to you for anything and you’ve helped me flourish into the dancer I am today. thanks for being like a second mom to me. you truly do it all and i’m forever grateful for your impact on me.

To Madison aka Chef, you are a true mastermind. i’m not sure what i’ll do without you, your choreo, and your classes next year. you’ve taught me so much that I will cherish forever and i’m so lucky to have you in my life as a role model, mentor, and teacher.

And to my team, you are the most talented, kindest individuals i’ve gotten to spend these years with. i’m not sure how I hit jackpot with the best team ever. you are all so uniquely talented in your own ways and us going our separate ways crushes me, but I know you will all go on to do incredible things. and I better expect everyone to be at our six flags trip next week ;)

what a way to end and go out winning:
- 1st overall grand champion for 12+ elite large - “The Final Farewell” choreo by @maddsbenson
- 1st overall grand champion for 12+ elite line - “Mutants” choreo by @maddsbenson
- 2nd overall grand champion for 12+ elite small - “Mannequin” choreo by @annieadamschoreo
- 1st overall teen line for “What’s on the Menu” choreo by @maddsbenson
- Top 20 elite pre pro solo
- 2nd overall national improv winner
- and so many other placements and high adjudications for my other groups!!!

thank you to everyone who has made this place a home and made my journey one I will never ever forget. love you all and Vibe Co forever🤍

💎 Two weekends ago with @danceplatinumco was nothing short of spectacular! The energy in the room was through the roof! We are so honored to have received “The Studio of Excellence Award” - what an incredible accomplishment dancers! We loved seeing all the high scores across all our levels!

We also received several First Overalls & special awards! And our Production, “What’s on the Menu” received the highest score of the weekend! 🏆

Congrats to all our dancers, teachers, choreographers & most importantly, our Boss Lady Cheryl! We couldn’t do ANY of this without you! 💗

We can’t wait to share how our last regional competition went this weekend! Stay tuned!
