After holding space for my @mindfitretreats Zanzibar, this trip to Brazil hosted by my business coach @cherellejay, is what I chose to fill my cup and so far it’s been all that and more. I’ve learned to be VERY intentional about who I share my energy with. Travelling across the world with people is something I choose carefully, the people you surround yourself with matters just as much as the places you go. Your environment will either nourish you or drain you. Choose wisely! Put yourself in spaces that expand your vision, make you feel free, and with people who pour into you as much as you pour into them. Make connections that feel like peace, not pressure. That’s both the kind of space I create, and choose to be inside. Brazil with these women has been such a beautiful adventure, I’m so grateful to be here! 🇧🇷🫶🏾 #brazil #girlstrip #travel #retreat

HEELS & FEELS X SACHEU 💋👠 @sacheubeauty A little H&F energy 😛 Yesterday, we joined the SACHEU team for a private event, bringing one of our signature Heels & Feels classes to a room filled with creators, influencers and members of our community. Lip stains, Prosecco, cupcakes, goodie bags… and heels. Duh 😏 If you want a lip stain, SACHEU has you covered. I been taking dance classes for years and God you teach me so much more in so little! @heelsandfeels_dubai is more than a class it’s a meeting with yourself and here the goals is not to #pefoorm but to feel so secure and in love with your body. As a trainer I’m very confident in the gym but the dance classes be getting the best of me even more when the room is full of professionals… thank you for making me even more sexy and feel even more confident 😘😋🚀
