what else screams out YES
than a bright fuchsia dress
it’s not to impress
although baring finesse
it nevertheless
demonstrates my progress
and for this i confess
i have found my success 🌟

“Dancing is not just getting up painlessly, like a leaf blown on the wind; dancing is when you tear your heart out and rise out of your body to hang suspended between the worlds.” – Rumi

Gotta honor it 😉
Dance is our church. Yes, there is indulgence and there is also abstinence… it is a personal journey. But it lives within us, forever. It builds us as artists and humans. As friends and colleagues. As parents and professionals and risk-takers and home-makers. I will forever be grateful for what dance has given me. “If you can grasp light it’s a blessing that doesn’t need taint at the moment.” - @the_kitwilly
My dear friend Christopher lovingly shared these words with me last night when I admitted my struggle with gauging my own mental health needs without feeling confused and privileged with all that is going on in the world. I will hang on to this.
Et voila- here is a picture of me smiling! 🙂 I love you CT! ❤️🙏🏻

So…I birthed another baby! 😉 This project has become especially dear to my heart, and I am so proud to finally share it. My gosh… to use ones creative energy to find ways of contributing to more joy, self- discovery, hope and a better future during such a challenging time in history is nothing short of dreamy. Endless love and gratitude to my cofounder and executive producer, “Ducky”, for seeing something in me I perhaps didn’t see myself. To have the support of you and your entire beautiful family at the ranch- blood and otherwise- has been an absolute dream. To my incredible mother, Mama Roz, thank you for your dedication, unparalleled expertise and for being with me every step of the way. And to my two beautiful daughters, Summer and Willow, I love you more than you will ever know. Thank YOU for the inspiration.
To my husband Jeremy… you lift me up like no other. Thank you for believing in me. I couldn’t do it without you.

#worldballetday
Grateful for these boots, as they propelled my experience as a professional ballerina at the young age of 17 despite many other odds against me in the ballet world at that time. All of this- in its good and its equally challenging-eventually led to everything I am today. For this. I am eternally humbled and unimaginably grateful. #ballet #foreverlove #rememberyourroots #mychurch #gratitude #carveyourownpath #axisconnect
