Nothing like a quick stop at Terrapin Creek to brighten your day.

One of my favorite creeks in Alabama. I used to stop here back in college on my way through. Even if it was just five minutes by the water, it was always worth it.

It’s always been a beautiful stretch of water. Folks come out here to kayak, canoe, swim, bird watch, and float. Some just come to fish, and there are quite a few species in this creek.

It’s just a gorgeous place and that water is something else. I think some people just never leave from what I hear, hooked.

I can’t wait to get back out here this summer and take my time floating it.

What do y’all think… is it worth the float? Have you floated it?

🪣 Bucket List Item 💯
