Good morning ☀️
Paul is still convalescing from his two back surgeries and what a treat it is to be able to sit on the back porch and watch the rain and lightning show this morning. Our little granddaughter’s bubble machine really added the right ambiance I was looking for. Thank you God for the rain 🌧️

Here is another little peek into what has been going on at the store. It is a little crazy around here and we are all exhausted! During this process we have had a new granddaughter be born (Sam and Meredith’s) and the other one turn two. Paul had two really major back surgeries that together equaled almost 24 hours of surgery and a two week stay in the hospital. Another new granddaughter’s baby shower (Audrey and Dom’s) and this weekend will be the third new granddaughter’s baby shower (Ben and Britton’s). It has been a busy month! On a more serious note, thank you to all the people who have prayed and are still praying for my sweet husband. You are difference makers! Paul is getting better everyday. We are so thankful to be alive and making progress ♥️

Hey everyone, we are having a Sidewalk Sale inside the store where it is nice and cool. You are welcome. We are moving all our stuff to Bella Vida so we need to get rid of many things to make the move easier. We have things marked down 20-90%. There are some wonderful deals. I also have my greenery and anything that has red or blue on it is 30% off. That includes most of the new items I have brought to the store in the last month. This is the best sale I have ever had and I am so excited for all of you to take advantage of it. I have been working in an unairconditioned warehouse for two weeks getting ready for this so please have mercy on me and make it worth it. I look forward to seeing you. Love ya, bye.

Good morning ☀️
If you came in for Christmas Open House you need to make another trip down here. All my new Christmas decor came in last week and it is glorious! I am not a sparkling glittery person and I stepped out of my comfort zone this year. If you are into glitz and glam, this is your place! I may become a convert because I have really enjoyed playing with all of this. I do have to warn you it is more pricey than I normally spend but most of it you can keep out through the winter months and just enjoy the heck out of it. I still have boxes to unload so I hope to see you soon. Have a wonderful day.

I am so thankful to have Paul home and back on his feet. God has blessed us beyond measure in so many ways. It has been 13 weeks since our massive car wreck. Paul spent almost 6 weeks in the hospital. 6 days after the wreck he had a subarachnoid brain hemorrhage and a intraventricular hemorrhage. The first miracle is that we survived the high impact collision and the second one is that Paul survived the brain bleeds. We didn’t really understand the magnitude of trauma we had been through. I have learned that when you have a high impact collision at 120 mph while your husband is having a seizure and you are leaning over trying to drive, crazy things can happen even after you go home from the hospital. They told us to keep an eye on each other and I had no idea what that meant. I am so thankful Audrey and Dom were here. We came home on a Thursday and Saturday morning Paul woke in tremendous pain and has numbness in his legs. The ambulance took him to the hospital and mediflight took him to Baptist Hospital in OKC. While we were at GPRMC, I started having vertigo and double vision. The ER doc sent me home and told me to go to bed. I couldn’t walk in a straight line without getting nauseous and I certainly couldn’t drive or ride in a car. The kids took care of Paul that first week while I stayed home in a dark quiet house and tried to not throw up and just prayed like I had never prayed in my life. I messaged everyone I knew and asked them to pray fervently for Paul. It is so humbling to have so many people that care enough for you to take the time to go to God on your behalf. Thank you everyone for your prayers. They are what made the difference and they brought me so much peace when I should have been out of my head with worry. Finally a week later, sweet Campbell Rainey took me to OKC to see Paul. It wasn’t good. He was way worse than what the kids had told me but they did try to prepare me. The trauma surgeon gave me a hug and couldn’t believe how great I was doing. He said he was glad I was there so he could keep an eye on me also. Paul has had a very long and painful road to travel and it has been difficult, humbling and we are forever changed. See below 👇

I am so thankful for my friends that make me step out of my comfort zone and make me so scary things. I am not a florist but I love all things floral! This is really fun and I have learned so much. We may have some great big arrangements for sale in a week or two🤪
