The rainy season brings cooler weather, but it also increases the risk of slips, falls, and illnesses—especially for older adults.

This season, remember to:
✅ Wear non-slip footwear.
✅ Walk carefully on wet surfaces.
✅ Keep your home dry, well-lit, and free of clutter.
✅ Stay warm and hydrated.
✅ Eat nutritious meals.
✅ Take your medications as prescribed.
✅ Stay connected with family and neighbours, and seek help when needed.

A simple precaution today can prevent a serious injury tomorrow.

Let's work together to keep our elders safe, healthy, and independent throughout the rainy season.

Share this post—it could help protect someone you love. 💙

Forgiveness is a powerful step toward healing, but a common misconception is that forgiving someone means you must welcome them back into your space. True forgiveness frees your heart from bitterness, it doesn’t obligate you to maintain a connection that compromises your peace or safety.

Sometimes, the healthiest form of forgiveness is a quiet release. You can wish someone well, pray for them from a distance, and choose to walk forward in freedom. Tonight in The Sunset Sanctuary, we enter a peaceful evening prayer centered on godly love, purity, patience, and courtship through the wisdom of the Book of Song of Solomon. In a culture that rushes relationships, this prayer invites you to slow down and allow God to shape a love that is rooted in honor, peace, and spiritual intimacy.

If you are praying for clarity in courtship, healing from heartbreak, or wisdom to recognize healthy love, this moment is for you. God’s design for love is not confusion, pressure, or performance. Real love reflects patience, kindness, truth, and spiritual covering.

“The Sunset Sanctuary: A Safe Space for Courtship” is a place for believers seeking Christ-centered relationships, emotional healing, and deeper intimacy with God.

Scripture Focus: Song of Solomon 2:7
“Do not arouse or awaken love until it so desires.”
