Fringe week has begun! As many of you know I was part of the marketing team this winter and made some social media posts (not the second one in this post, the others). Last year was the first time I volunteered and got to work with and meet some amazing people. Then we had a RVK Fringe presents in November where we sold out @tjarnarbio twice! I also put together a logo for one of the comedy collective that's performing at this year's Fringe. It's called ReykjaFreaks and they're performing on Friday in the National Theater Basement (Þjóðleikhúskjallarinn). This year's look is designed by the lovely and talented @alice.from_ Preview night is happening today at 19:30 at Tjarnabíó. It's a free event where you get to see all the acts pitch their shows in 2 minutes. Really good way to determine what to see this week. If you can't make it tonight, just go see all the shows instead. #rvkfringe #fringe

In the beginning of October, I had the absolute pleasure of being part of an awesome variety show called @houseofrevolution at @leikhuskjallarinn. Behind the creation of this show are 3 amazing people, Rebecca Hidalgo, Eva Yggdrasil, Chaiwe Sól Drífudóttir and countless technicians, volunteers, artists, translators etc. They all work towards creating a super inclusive environment and make you feel very comfortable as part of the show. Except for giving me place to perform, they were also the inspiration of the creation of my original piece called MÚNÍ, which - yes- means pussy in Greek. It was so fun and empowering to do something completely out of my comfort zone as well as being among other crazy artists from around the world. The show is happening again with different performances every once in a while, so stay tuned! It is a must-see! Special thanks to Cheryl Kara for playing with me! @cherylosophy @ondinathequeen @eva.yggdrasil @chaiwe_the_blaiking @mario.infantes @leikhusid
