With over 17 years in the studio world, Cheyenne teaches yoga, pilates, and mindfulness practices through a simple, accessible lense.

Her teaching style is clear, approachable and easy to follow. She uses language that helps everyone (from complete beginners to experienced practitioners) feel comfortable and supported. Her approach is modern and accessible without spiritual language or expectations. The movement practices throughout your stay are designed to help you feel relaxed, energized, and more at home in your body.

Cheyenne is passionate about helping people create balance in their everyday lives, whether through her online platform, retreats, or in- person wokshops.

Personally, I have experienced all of the above and I couldn’t imagine a better fit to guide this portion of the Vira Retreat. @cheyennemerlo warm, calm presence will immediately have your shoulders relaxing- and your stress melting away.

Today felt sacred. 🤍

There was something healing about being back at Nectar Yoga — the place we last shared with Kelsey Carignan for her last Vibrant Yogi retreat.

To honour her by doing what she loved — moving, breathing, laughing, being in nature — felt like a gift.

And sharing it with my daughter made it even sweeter.

Grief is strange. There’s no map for it.

But today reminded me love doesn’t leave.
Sometimes it meets you in memory.
Sometimes in movement.
Sometimes in the people beside you.

Today felt sacred.
And my heart is full. 🤍

And honestly, SO much more. Our first annual Bridal Beauty Summit was an incredible success…we knew it would be 🙊.

We’re in the process of curating our 2027 guest educators and speakers, and they will NOT disappoint.

The feedback from our first event was overwhelmingly positive, so we’re keeping the heart of it the same: education, community, and nervous system regulation. This time, we’ve added an extra night so we can enjoy everything at a more relaxed pace.

Spots are limited, and we would love to have you there 🤍

Early Bird Investment: $2,180 Prices go up to $2,500 May 15th.

Payment plans available
