My big brother married the love of his life, the wonderful Alice after 12 beautiful years together. It was the one of the greatest joys (and biggest stresses of my life) to pretend marry them and be part of their special day. I spent a long time trying to figure out how to close the ceremony and sum up their gorgeous love story - I ended up with this..

Who knows what the next chapter will look like? And the chapter after that? All we can say is this. What you have is so special. We are so grateful to be a small part of your story. There’ll be many chapters. It’ll be a proper page turner. The kind of book they’ll turn into a film with you two played by celebrity heart throbs.

So much happiness, some twists and turns, a range of locations, characters, perhaps children, new and old friends. Through every sentence, every page, I know you two stay together til the end❤️

I felt so lucky to spend this time with the best ever people, celebrating the best ever people. I really do hope you have all the love to give to others and all the love to recieve from others in this particular chapter in this wild world cause that’s what it’s all about x

Q2 ‘26 🌅🤘🏻📈

A quarter filled with exploration. Moved into a stun new flat with 🌙 in a part of London I hardly knew existed. Ticked off three new countries, and got stuck in one I know all too well (thanks Eurostar xo). Played some fun new venues, and dived into a three hour live special radio show head first. Some big wins amongst many of late, both for myself and the important people around me. Celebrating and romanticising everything whilst the sun shines endlessly through a World Cup summer really is an unrivalled combo.

More of the same in Q3 wouldn’t go amiss. Also on the hunt for London’s best GF beverage offering to rival the mighty Jubel, recommendations welcome 🫶🏻

Right now I feel a little lost for words and I am shaking writing this caption, at times it’s hard to comprehend what runners and stunners has become and how this little idea I had in 2023 has evolved around me, today we hosted our first ever official race for 600 women in the same park that we started in three years ago! It really hit me when I watched everyone cross the line with runners and stunners printed everywhere and I feel genuinely lost for words!

I’m sure over the next few days I am going to spam the coverage of the day but first I just want to say a few thank you’s…

Thank you too @scienceinsport for helping us make this happen I never thought when I said the name of my gels in my videos it could turn into something so big, I’d also like to thank them for looking beyond the super fast runners and championing women today!!

Shoutout to @outreachtalentgroup @laurenap__ @helenaryates I could quite literally not have done this without you!!
