75 DAYS. TWO PEOPLE. ONE STANDARD. 💪🏾❤️👑

Today, my wife and I decided to challenge ourselves and each other to become better versions of who we are.

From October 18 to December 31, we’re committing to 75 days of discipline, consistency, accountability, and intentional growth.

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, even on the days we don’t feel like it. Holding each other accountable, celebrating the small victories, and building habits that will last beyond these 75 days.

Every green and pink sticky note represents another opportunity to grow individually while becoming stronger together.

Because the standard we set today becomes the example our three sons follow tomorrow.

Justice leads. Peace restores. Love completes.

January 1, 2027, we won’t just be celebrating a new year. We’ll be celebrating the people we’ve become.

75 days. No excuses. Just progress.

Sheree’ah gave me a little concept, and we ran with it (well she waddled…you know pregnancy lol). It’s always amazing watching people open up and get comfortable as the session goes on. They went from seeming shy, to dancing, and giving me great ideas all in that short hour.

I appreciate you both for trusting me with such a pivotal moment in your lives.

Friday’s are for family. Fridays are for donuts. Everyday is a great day for family and creating memories. We can’t create those memories if we aren’t intentional about our time and if we aren’t present.

What are you doing to create memories out of the moments?

3 years ago today I graduated from @loyolamarymount with a degree in Communication Studies.📚 So much of who I am today can be traced back to my college years and for that I will always commemorate this day. 🥳 (plus, tuition was too high for me to ever forget lmao)
