Today marks the 1 year anniversary of our first @chitchats.tv episode! It’s been an incredible journey of growth, discovery and community. Big shout out to our first season’s guests. We’re incredibly grateful for allowing us into their space and trusted us with their stories.

Thank you to the Denver food scene and everyone who has watched and supported us throughout the year!

The humble egg.

Three main ingredients. Eggs, fish sauce, jasmine rice. We try not to over manipulate anything here at sắp sửa.

Our families would char lemongrass pork skewers on charcoal grills street side—beers in frosty pint glasses and nước mắm pha on the table.

This is how our grandmas would cook for us as kids, (while wearing that one silk pajama set thing they all had) washing long stalks of rau muống, chopping cloves of garlic and Thai chilis, preparing the flavors on our dinner tables that represent who we are.

That's what we want to share at sắp sửa, our childhood, our traditions and what authenticity means to us.

Thank you @_ben__c__ for putting together a dish that not only represents who you are, but speaks to all Vietnamese guests who come through our doors. ❤️🥢
